In order to deepen the exchange of industry resources, solve the talent gap in the digital security industry, and build a collaborative innovation and cooperation platform between industry and education, Zhu Xueping, President of the Wuhan Security Technology Prevention Industry Association, and Xia Jizheng, rotating President, recently led a team to visit Wuhan Weizhong Zhichuang Technology Co., Ltd. As a core member unit of the Association, Anlps accompanied the whole journey, observed the cutting-edge digital training results with representatives of enterprises in various industries, discussed the joint construction scheme of security talents, and sought new opportunities for intelligent upgrading of the security industry.

1. On site observation and immersive experience of innovative achievements in digital vocational education

After the arrival of the visiting delegation, Gu Yubi, Chairman of Zhongzhichuang, Ran Baiquan, General Manager, and Huang Sumei, Sales Director, warmly received and accompanied the visit to the company's exhibition hall. Weizhongzhichuang, which has been deeply involved in the field of information teaching for 16 years, takes innovation as its core and creates a full scenario virtual real integration product matrix. Relying on the full stack teaching practice platform, digital tool set, and massive digital resource library, it accurately empowers the implementation of teaching practice.

The visiting team focused on observing the practical demonstrations of digital technology training equipment and AI mental sensing digital human series products, gaining a deep understanding of the enterprise's campus AI mental health three database linkage and five dimensional technology independent controllable core solutions. They also learned from its mature production education integration implementation cases and standardized training operation models on site, and intuitively felt the enterprise's innovative strength and implementation ability in the field of digital vocational education.

2. In depth discussion, anchoring the development direction of collaborative education between industry and education

After the visit, both sides held a special discussion and exchange meeting. Gu Yubi, Chairman of Weizhongzhichuang, was the first to introduce the company's development layout. He stated that he has been deeply involved in the digital vocational education field for many years, has accumulated a sound technology self-developed system and high-quality teaching resources, and has sufficient cross-border cooperation space. He hopes to work together with the Security Association and various member enterprises to break down resource barriers and maximize the integration value of industry and vocational education.

Representatives from participating companies conducted in-depth discussions on four core topics: cultivating practical security talents, integrating digital industry and education, jointly building industry training standards, and promoting the exchange of resources across the entire industry. Currently, the security industry is accelerating its iteration towards AI digitization and intelligence. The shortage of practical and high-quality professional talents has become a core pain point that restricts the high-quality development of the industry. The participating enterprises have reached a consensus that they need to rely on high-quality vocational education platforms to jointly build a talent training system, share cutting-edge technologies, and jointly develop industry training standards, in order to empower industrial upgrading through the integration of industry and education.

Rotating President Xia Jizheng highly recognizes the development strategy of "specialization and precision" in the segmented track of Weizhongzhichuang, praising its profound technological accumulation and strong product landing ability. It has built differentiated core advantages in the field of digital industry education integration, providing excellent reference models for industry development.

President Zhu Xueping stated in his concluding speech that the Wuhan Security Association will continue to play a bridging role between government and enterprises, conduct regular visits and research to enterprises, and provide practical and detailed member services. The new association will deeply cultivate the development path of deep integration of industry and education, encourage Weizhong Zhichuang to continue to release its technological advantages, actively participate in industry exchanges, open up diverse cooperation scenarios, and link all member enterprises to jointly build a collaborative and orderly security industry ecosystem.

During the exchange, Anlps synchronously shared the practical experience of console digital intelligence in the industrial control scene. As a deeply rooted enterprise in the security field, Anlps has long focused on intelligent control console solutions for key scenarios such as energy, chemical industry and maritime security, and deeply recognized that stable and reliable hardware carriers and professional combat oriented talent teams are the core support for scene landing and system operation and maintenance in the integrated development of security and digital intelligence technology. Anlps will join hands with the Association and industry partners to jointly explore the integrated cooperation mode of "hardware support+scene training+talent cultivation" to help inject new impetus into the standardized, intelligent and high-quality development of Wuhan security industry.

3. Unite for mutual benefit and continuously build an industry collaboration and communication platform

This visit and exchange effectively broke down the resource barriers between the security industry and digital vocational education, and solidified the foundation for the linkage and cooperation between associations, member enterprises, and benchmark digital vocational education enterprises. In the future, Anlps will continue to deepen its efforts in the field of intelligent consoles, adhere to the drive of technological innovation, and work with industry partners to explore the new ecological integration of "security+vocational education", so as to make continuous contributions to the high-quality development of the city's security industry.
